Hoop Alchemy is a process of transforming stuck resistance energy into free flowing, creative and MAGICAL power.
Class will include basic hooping moves, learning the basic principles of Hoop Alchemy and some good ole fashion Hoop Jam time.
The class is being presented by Georgia Jean . A former professional stand up comedian who has been doing integrative healing work for the past 10 years, and specializes in chronic, physical, mental and emotional conditions.
This class represents the merging of a knowledge base steeped in both performance principles and mind/body/life healing.
Whether you have never hooped before, or you are a hooper with many years under your belt, you will learn some exciting new ways to understand your practice and to discover the joys of hooping in an even deeper way.
This class is especially suitable for anyone in a creative, entrepreneurial, or "non-linear" field as we will specifically go in to how to turn fear and uncertainty, into pure creative energy, focus and positively attractive energy.

Please bring your favorite hoops especially for onbody hooping, pen and paper, yoga mat, water and snacks.
Wear comfortable work out attire that exposes skin eg. shorts, tank top.
Limited hoops will be provided for those who don't have on a first in best dressed basis. Please let me know if you need a hoop.
