Do as many or as few sessions a week as you like. Each conference call is a unique and self contained experience which is never repeated twice.

Although you won't be calling into the conference calls, you will be included by THE CIRCLE OF LIGHT in the downloads and healing that occur during these sessions.

If you would like you can meditate or rest during the conference call times and/or focus on the AFFIRMATIONS TO SUPPORT THE WORK. Even if you can't rest during the time your system will still receive the benefits and it will be integrated during the next sleep period.
