If you are experiencing an emergency, or have a high priority situation, I offer session times that are not listed on my general calendar, and will take priority over other scheduled activities
Please note that all attempts will be made to schedule your session within 24 hours of contacting me.
Where I can accommodate them, emergency/high priority sessions can be held 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round.
If I can not accomodate you within 24 hours I will either:
- Refund the full amount
- Refund the amount over the regular session price, and give you the next available time slot possible.

Please DO NOT CALL and leave a voicemail.
If I do not respond immediately, feel free to leave multiple messages, and try different contact types, especially if you are overseas, and/or using skype.

Cancellation Policy - Please note, that due to any rearrangements made by me, including cancellation of other sessions, personal plans etc. to accommodate your emergency session, I can not offer refunds if you cancel, or do not show up for your session, once scheduled.
If you need to change the session time, I will do my best to accommodate a change within the 24 hours, but can't guarantee it. You will not be refunded the emergency fee (difference in price from a regular session), if I can not accomodate changes within the 24 hours due to any rearrangements made to accomodate your session.
