The Strength card is inviting and supporting us to discover new levels of resilience and fortitude with staying on track with what is ultimately is going to make us flourish and expand.
Letting go of what no longer serves us, developing new habits or going through a growth stretch requires us to get comfortable with the uncomfortable feelingsof the mental, emotional and BIOLOGICAL adjustments required.
A lot of that discomfort is happening due to our nervous system and other biological factors wanting everything to stay the same.
The more you understand the biological significance of things like our neural pathway wiring, polyvagal system, hormones and digestive system the less personally you may take any struggles you've faced to enact change successfully in the past.
And the more you can work with this system for successful growth in any area of your life from the physical to the energetic.
There's a reason why all of this is called growing pains and yes we've had our fair share personally and collectively over the years.
However based on what I've seen in my Annual Reading for the Collective 2024 holds the potential for major reaping for all those labours.
And the more comfortable we are with Growing Pains as just part of the necessary strength and energy gathering part of the process, the sooner we pop into those next level experiences that help us understand why:
"It's all been worth it!"
