Learn how the "Primitive Mind", the part of us wired to survive like we did when we were cavemen, keeps us trapped in anti-prosperity consciousness. Wednesday, April 23 2008
Dear ones, as you move through your day to day experience it is often wonderful to note how very far you have come even when you think you have not. If you were to compare your capabilities, your skills, your volume of wisdom accrued, with that of yourself as a child it would seem clear to you that you have made advancement. When you feel like you are stuck in an area of your life it is useful to remember this comparison because it evokes within you the understanding and acceptance of yourself as a continuing evolving being, one who never is in stasis, one who, in every moment is completely different from in moments past. In this way you can move through the illusion of a static reality and step into the slipstream of energy as it continues to be manipulated by your consciousness in every moment. Certainly you might recognize some elements of yourself as you consider yourself as a child, your eyes are probably the same color, you might even still have the same name but when you start to look at all the details of yourself you will see that real change has happened. It's doubtful for example you have the same taste in food as you did when you were three years old. While the idea of eating candied apples all day at that time might have seemed ideal, now it simply doesn't have the same attraction, you might not even like candied apples now at all. And so we are saying this to demonstrate that everything in life is a certain form of taste, is it not? You have your taste in shoes, in cars, in jobs, in men, in music and all these things continue to change and evolve. So when you are feeling like you are caught in a rut or a pattern, shift that understanding to something as light weight as a taste, "I had a taste for living on the edge, and now I have aqcuired the taste for steady streams of income," "I had a taste for experiences where I found myself independent and separated from others, now I have a taste for union and coming together in deep loving relationships." As you begin to identify your evolving tastes you will begin to be attracted to experiences that can fulfill that appetite. Energetically, feeling like you are trapped or caught in a pattern is as ridiculous as saying, "I once had a taste for Indian food and now I can only ever eat in Indian restaurants or get Indian to-go or buy Indian frozen dinners." You know that in this reality you have the power to walk into any type of restaurant and order any type of food at any time. So release your notions of patterns and identify your experience with changing tastes. Just as when you have a taste for something you are motivated to go to the restaurant that can most easily accomodate your taste. You would not go to an Indian restaurant if you have a taste for Sushi, and so your inner being is guiding you, (just as your instincts would guide you into a Japanese Restaurant so you could fulfil your taste for Sushi) to go to the places, have the experiences, talk to the people, think the thoughts, have the feelings that are lining up with your tastes right now. Bring lightness to your desires by thinking of them as tastes. Taste does not have the same energy of need. Need speaks of lack without it while "taste" hints of the pleasure that comes of it. If you shift this paradigm within you when you speak, when you think, when feel around a subject you will see things begin to flow as easily to you as Indian delivered to the door.

When you realize what a truly amazing, far reaching, ever expanding energy you really are it will become easier and easier for you to understand the enormous resources of your own being as you exist here in this earth plane dimension. For too long you have imagined that the entirety of you beingness is that which you know to exist as the personality construct you currently experience yourself to be. In reality you are far, far, far more than that and you have so much more to draw on than the logic and intelligence of your mind when you are confronted with challenges, tasks, projects, goals and dreams. In proportion to your mind your spiritual entity is as large as all the oceans of the world compared to one drop of water. In this newsletter we wish to offer you some easy tips on how to access more of your true essence as a spiritual being in this lifetime experience.
One of the most powerful ways to access your greater "intelligence" or "consciousness" is to utilize the periods of sleep you regularly participate in. In truth there is no real physical reason why the body requires sleep although it is a commonly held belief that it is an absolute requirement for healthy existence on this planet. The purpose of sleep in a spiritual sense is to actually provide the complete reprise from the resistant state of existence as you experience it here in your earth plane dimension and to access the resources of unlimited knowledge, power, fluidity and oneness that exist in the higher dimensional realms. Because the frequencies of information in the upper realms are moving at a much higher rate than the conscious "egoic" mind can process it is important for the state of human evolution on both a collective and individual level to have some kind of portal into the unlimited resources of these upper dimensions. For mans consciousness to grow it must be being "feed" from some place just a little out of the reach of the "egoic" mind and so the role of sleep it to provide a necessary "feeding ground" for the birth of new ideas, ways of seeing, experiencing and being.
As your awareness of this concept grows you can truly take advantage of the marvelous resources available to you as you sleep, for with focused intention, just as you would deliberately create an experience in your physical world you can create experiences in your "non-physical" sleep state world and since during this time you actually release the resistance of the constraints of your physical experience you can manifest results much faster than in your waking life.
So each night, plan your sleep "day" much as you would plan your waking day. Write a list of things you would like to achieve or accomplish as you sleep and ask for this work to seep into your "egoic" consciousess where it may be integrated as knowledge, inspiration, improved relationships, creative energy or vital movement.
Here is a list of suggestions for things you might wish to "do" while you sleep.
- IMPROVE RELATIONSHIPS - While you sleep it is possible to access the higher self or expanded consciousness of any person you know. If you are experiencing conflict, confusion or difficulties with any person ask that your soul connect with theirs as you sleep to begin the process of resolution, higher understanding or gentle release between the two of you. Ask that through this connection you awaken with a greater understanding or implicit knowingness of how to interact with this person during your next experience with one another. Ask that your being deeply integrate any lessons, wisdom or growth you are experiencing through such interactions so that you can move on quickly from any "soul task" aspects of your relationship into a clearer space with one another.
- STUDY WITH THE MASTERS - When you sleep your soul has open access to the great resources of all the non-physical masters, angels, archangels, healing energies and creative energies. Whatever area of your life you are wishing to gain more success in there is an enormous font of information, creative inspiration and unbridled innovation. As you connect to the energy of this information it becomes imprinted in the resonance of your field which, in time will attract further physical manifestations of it here in the earth plane dimension. Meaning, not only will you awaken with an expanded understanding of what you are attempting but also you will attract the right books, resources and teachers that you are needing who can further impress this information upon you. - ACCESS YOUR OWN ACCRUED WISDOM - Through the sleep state you are also able to access the wisdom, experience and resonances accrued throughout all your past, future and present concurrent lives. In these lives you have developed skills, talents and abilities that can be brought into your current life experience by asking to visit with successful aspects of your self in a relevant area. Not only do you have access to the information of all your lifetimes you also have access to your reservoir of higher dimensional energy. By inviting the best frequencies of all your potential for a particular situation, relationship or undertaking you can tap into a huge resource of implicit understanding and automatic behavior that will shift outcomes and create the best possible personal resonance to attract the experiences that you want in this life. So for example, if you feel you are not good at manifesting abundance, your being has experienced lifetimes of prosperity that await as a much larger memory bank than the imprinting of a childhood that was lack orientated. Ask to visit or connect with the aspects of your spiritual being that is aligned with abundance and bring that resonance into your consciousness. Over time you will notice a gentle shifting of attitude, energy or focus that will become more and more in alignment with creating abundance.
Have fun with this experience almost as if each night you are visiting an enormous DVD collection of recorded experiences. You have the ability to access the wisdom and understanding of any type of character you wish to play in this lifetime. Remember that this lifetime is a game that your character wishes to play. You are already experiencing all kinds of different experiences on a soul level so really cherish and revel in the experience you are having now. It is valuable and precious and a delight for your soul to expand through. Remember that this life is a game and when your experiences begin to feel tough or difficult don't crumble under the pressure, just decide to become a better player.
Blessings and Peace dear ones and please remember to come and visit us, THE CIRCLE OF LIGHT, as you sleep. Wednesday, April 23 2008
During our one of our CIRCLE EVOLUTION ENERGY NETWORK MEDITATIONS I received this wonderful outline for the EVOLUTION of a PROJECT, GOAL or DESIRE and since so many of you send me intention emails regarding new ventures and projects I thought this would be a wonderful thing to share.
Using the metaphor of a farmer and understanding the creative powers of each of the chakras this simple breakdown can help us see the scope of our goals and what is needed to bring them into FRUITION.
By considering our projects within this paradigm we can see where our strengths and weaknesses are. A meditation on the relevant "weak" chakra or simply placing consciousness in it will open doorways to understanding of why there is blockage and bring healing attention to it, shifting and moving the energy. What a great thing to consider before our next REMOTE SESSION or to bring to a ONE-ON-ONE SESSION.
So take a look at the following list and see where you might need a little "juice boost".
Peace and Blessings, www.circleevolution.com
CHAKRA 1 - The root chakra holds the wisdom that the abundant earth holds all that is needed primally to create whatever it is that is desired in life. In the metaphor of the farmer it is the promise or potential of the earth itself, the land.
Strong - Certainty in successful outcomes; trust; self belief; deservedness; worthiness; confidence; knowingness.
Weak - Fear of failure; terror; instability; uncertainty; insecurity.
CHAKRA 2 - Holds the energy of the creative forces within. In the metaphor of the farmer it is the fertility of the land. The way in which creative energy enhances the potential of the land, extending its possibilities from "dormant potential" into "active potential" by placing creative intention upon it.
Strong - Inspiration; creative thinking, dreaming, imagining; connectedness to desire; passion; enthusiasm; richness of vision.
Weak - Inability to see potential; stagnation of ideas and creative energy; despair; dryness; decay; misanthropy; desolation; boredom.
CHAKRA 3 - Holds the energy of the will to create and the physical, mental and externalized action to bring the land into service or usefulness. In the metaphor of the farmer this would be the action of tilling the field, strategizing the farming, taking action to plant the seeds and having the discipline or deep intention to follow through with action.
Strong - Inspired action; dedication; strategizing; focus; transforming catalytic energy into sustained effort; going for it.
Weak - All talk, no action; apathy; frustration; blocked movement; paralyzed or frozen energy; inability to "get started"; overwhelmed by the task; laziness; distraction; discarding good ideas before putting them into action.
CHAKRA 4 - Holds the energy of the heartfelt nurturing of the project. In the metaphor of the farmer this would be the daily care and love of the crops as they blossom through the tender stages into strong and vigorous plants. Conscious awareness of needs as uncontrollable elements such as frost, drought, bugs challenge the growth and survival of the crop. The daily care that brings the crop into abundant physical manifestation.
Strong - Loving attention; taking care of the little things that build a strong foundation for growth; consistent, gentle loving action; dealing positively with challenges; holding strong on the vision of success; enjoyment and appreciation of the experience as it is happening; staying in the heart space while riding the ups and downs; sustaining integrity throughout the evolution of the project; being authentic in word and action and staying congruent with the souls desire; self love; patience.
Weak - Giving up too soon; being discouraged easily; losing oneself in the need for quick results; being neglectful; impatience; abandonment; self-punishment; disappointment.
CHAKRA 5 - Holds the energy of spreading the word about the project. In the metaphor of the farmer this would be taking the crop to market to sell. Expanding the scope of its existence outside of the interior self into the external world. Speaking clearly it's worth and value so that it might be received by others.
Strong - Good marketing; courage to share with others; communicating well; teaching, sharing or showing others what you have done; expanding the framework that your work is seen in from personal to universal.
Weak - Hiding your strengths or achievements; stagnation; shyness; embarrassment at showing others what you are doing; not taking the next step required to expand.
CHAKRA 6 - Holds the energy of divine inspiration and vision. In the metaphor of the farmer this would be the allowance of the success of the crop to expand beyond what was previously considered, allowing a broader framework of the farming structure to grow from a small family business to a larger cooperative concern. The allowance of others, other people, other perspectives to infiltrate the original vision into something broader and ever evolving.
Strong - Being open to inspiration or good ideas from other sources; ability to integrate good ideas and discard less useful ones; broadening the scope of work to incorporate new inspiration and ideas; seeing a bigger picture; intuitively advancing further; being cooperative and collaborative; being able to change tact when the time is right; sustained belief in the universe providing positive solutions to problems in the form of other people, other ideas or inspired thinking.
Weak - Rigidity; over attachment to control; close mindedness; missing opportunities to expand through fear or distrust; non-progressive thinking; suspicion of others intentions; wanting to take all the glory instead of sharing with good collaborators; resisting change at appropriate times; not trusting instincts; losing faith.
CHAKRA 7 - Holds the energy of the integration of the wisdom gained through the journey with the entire soul. In the metaphor of the farmer this would be the period of contemplation following success of the crop and expansion of the enterprise and the allowance of new understanding to be embodied in the mind, heart and soul. With this integration might come continuing innovation in the work or fresh inspiration to start something new and therefore a return to the consciousness of the first chakra. By accepting the notion of constant flow of energy from source the being stays out of stagnation, open and willing to change, grow and evolve.
Strong - Evolving constantly; growth; expansion; innovation; integration; progress; connection to source, inspiration.
Weak - Rigidity; getting stuck in a rut; afraid of change; losing sight of the lessons; stagnation; depression; disconnection; boredom; isolation.
